Gajiya dai wani  al'amari ne dake jikin ko wani halitta da jini yake gudana a jikinsa. Don haka duk wani abu mai rai yana iya jin gajiya a jikinsa.

Da akwai hanyoyi masu dama dake haifar da gajiya musamman a jikin dan adam musamman ma ga mutumin da mu'amalansa ko harkarsa na yau da kullum na bukatar kazar-kazar.
Bama sai ga wanda yayi wani aiki mai karfi ba, zama kawai dama kwanciya suma suna iya haifar da gajiya a jikin mutum.

Maza magidanta a kowani lokaci suna cikin gajiya saboda yadda a kullum suke fafutuka wajen yadda zasu kula da iyalansu. Shi gajiya na kwakwaluwa yafi gajiyar gabban jiki hadari. Ganin yadda kwakwaluwa yake da tasiri a jikin mutum, da zaran anyi wasa dashi ana iya fiskantar bambam matsalar kwakwaluwa.
Shi dai maganin gajiyar kwakwaluwa shine barci mai nauyi cikin natsuwa da samun kwanciyar hankali.
